His last assignment was with the Bank\u2019s East Asia Department, where he focused on the strengthening of public financial management and domestic resource mobilization, fiscal decentralization, sovereign wealth management and capital markets development in Mongolia and the People\u2019s Republic of China. Over the years, he\u2019s developed into an experienced project manager and team leader.
